Thursdays are 'Rec Day'.

Do you have a fic, art, or vid rec? What Sherlock things should people check out?

I've been slowly working my way around the fic on AO3, and found this very well-written OT3 series (John/Lestrade/Sherlock) in progress by fennishjournal:

Looks like it's eventually going to be 3 parts. Part 1 is complete, and 2 is just started. I'm enjoying the heck out of it.

Here's some omegaverse fics I found on A03.

libertine (http://archiveofourown.org/works/454398?view_adult=true), Sherlock/John, In a world where omegas are incredibly rare, John gets reassigned to a new alpha after Sherlock dies. Too bad Sherlock isn't actually dead.

Tremble (http://archiveofourown.org/works/449021), Sherlock/John, They watch the omegas in their class miss a week at a time for their heats, or turn up pregnant, or drop out entirely, and see even the nicest, brightest boys and girls get rude and dumb and aggressive after presenting as alphas. Privately, they wonder what the rush is about. John and Sherlock are eighteen years old and still haven't presented as alpha or omega, though they're both sure they know how their cards have been dealt. That is their first mistake.

The Reluctant Bonded (http://archiveofourown.org/works/450361), Sherlock/John, When Sherlock had turned twelve and was considered old enough to be told of such matters, his father had explained that it was the nature of the Omega to be in orbit like the Earth around the stronger, sun-like Alpha who had the responsibility to nurture the weaker mate. Since that lecture, Sherlock had no good opinion of either bonding or astronomy and had decided to ignore the existence of them both as wholly irrelevant.

Beneath The Silver Moon (http://archiveofourown.org/works/445738/chapters/762466), Sherlock/John, After being bitten in Afghanistan, John was invalided home. Being a werewolf was new to him, and he wasn't interested in any of the help or orientation that the Centre had to offer, but even his wolf knew better than to enter territory that had been marked. Until his first outside change, when he met a strange alpha wolf that wanted John to follow it home into pack territory. John's initial refusal became a challenge for the curious alpha... one Sherlock Holmes.

This lovely video by [livejournal.com profile] az_pendragon. It's post Reichenbach so have tissues handy. The song used is also one of my favorites.

I just viewed a video on YouTube I liked. It's from January so perhaps everyone has already seen it, but just in case...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRdr9kmeryc

It's by KatrinDepp and called "will you do t his for me?/Sherlock BBC"

I found it moving and liked the music. It's John and Sherlock and Reichenbach based. (I know. I know. I'm still immersed in Reichenbach themes.)
