I'm putting up a couple of shots, which I honestly don't think are spoilery other than you can see which characters are in whatever they're filming right now, under the cut. I've put the sources down as they were listed on tumblr, so if any are not right, sorry. Only one of them would probably be considered that 'setlock' stuff.

I like this shot because that's Benedict, not Sherlock. He has a totally different smile when he's in character. Sherlock almost never smiles like that. The mouth might look like that, but Sherlock's eyes never match what the mouth is doing. This smile matches his eyes.

Lestrade's hair is too short! And it apparently grew on Anderson's face. Jonathan Aris looks nice with facial hair, so that's cool. I'm actually hoping they give Anderson a first name this series because I really want to know what it is. I don't want to make something up in my fics and I feel weird calling him Anderson like he's Madonna or Prince. LOL It does make me happy that the two characters are still working together, at least for whatever this scene is.

I must confess I like the buzz cut on Rupert. I find it kind of sexy, though I do understand people missing it being a bit longer and.. fluffier, I guess?

Yes please to Anderson's first name. Hopefully we'll get to see him in a new light. I like fics where he's "redeemed" and I feel like this new season will be a chance for everyone to spread their wings a bit. Like with Loo, I cant wait to see how her relationship with Sherlock and John will or will have changed, if she really did have something to do with helping Sherlock "fall".

And I do love seeing Benedict in Sherlock clothes, as well as Mark with his Mycroft hair. It's interesting to see the actors combined with their characters, though it's a bit funny to see hints of Mycroft's face wearing such casual clothes!

I do like Anderson's beard, but oh hells no to Lestrade's hair. I like his grey to be longer -- like he owns it. The buzz cut is almost akin to what balding guys do when they shave their heads.

But I can see why, I suppose -- the passage of time in Sherlocklandia since Sherlock fell. Lestrade buzzes his head, Anderson grows a beard, John has that in-canon-but-doesn't-suit-Martin's-face mustache...
