I stumbled across this one yesterday, an older one, so folks here are probably aware of it, but just in case: The Adventure of the Consulting Woman (http://archiveofourown.org/works/401171/chapters/661071). Johnlock develops as Sherlock cross-dresses for a case. Much fun!

I also recently started venturing into Omegaverse fics, and found Dilaudid (http://archiveofourown.org/works/380265/chapters/621251). Still a WIP, in which Omega!John has been masquerading as a Beta and living with Alpha!Sherlock. Fascinating dynamics and social commentary.
