Sorry it took so long but here are my videos of Benedict's talk.
They are not perfect, my hand moved a lot and sometimes because people's head moved in the way my camera focused on that.
It's not the whole talk and some of them missing it's end.
I was sitting fairly far from the stage holding up my fairly heavy camera which is why they are the way they are.

Enjoy.

I just have a feeling whatever happened to him it wasn't pleasant because of the way Mycroft mentioned it.

I got the impression that Mycroft gave the okay for either a kill order or a 'throw him in the dungeon 'til the end of time' order so no, not pleasant.

No idea what happened but from the pilot forward, have believed wholeheartedly that Mycroft and Sherlock love one another deeply; they simply aren't the type of men who speak of such things. In fact, when Mycroft DID say that the loss of Sherlock would break his heart (or something very close to that), Sherlock's response was something along the lines of what in the world I am supposed to say to that?! (Like, Good God! Didn't we agree ages and ages ago never to speak of such things out loud! What is your problem!!) And then Mycroft blames it on the punch.

So, whatever the problem with the 'other sibling', I have to imagine it was something that was likely clear from the very beginning. B'c I have this sense that Mycroft saw Sherlock in his little bassinet and fell instantly in love and decided at that very moment he would never let anything happen to his little brother. (That's my head canon.)
