Summary: Sherlock is asked to babysit his nephew and it's an utter disaster, and so he asks for Molly's help. She doesn't make much of a difference, as she has just as much trouble as he does, but a few things come to light between them that make what might happen when his nephew goes home worth all the trouble in the end.
