I don't remember much about it or when it was posted, but it's set in the Omegaverse and Sherlock is unpresented. John is an Alpha (I think) After they've lived together and Sherlock eats and sleeps more, he goes into heat and he and John end up together. I think (big think) he gets pregnant and John wants him to keep it (again, I think) but he's sure Sherlock terminated it. Sound familiar to anyone? (Or am I being too vague?)  Thank you!
