Some Series 3 things

They did the first read-through for Series 3 today. There's a shot of Benedict and Martin under the cut that the BBC One put up on their twitter.





I've seen it going around tumblr that Benedict has his Sherlock hair again, but unless all of those curls are up under that hat, I'd say the only thing Sherlocky about it is the color.

I know Mark Sheppard wanted to play Sebastian Moran in this series and had talked to Mark Gatiss about it, so I have to assume that's not happening.


Also, Sherlock director Paul McGuigan not returning for third series

Love the goofy picture, though now I'm trying to squint through the hat to see if there are hidden curls!

Bummed about Paul McGuigan. He was good.

And though I adore Mark Sheppard, I just can't see him as Moran, even though he's played bad guys before.

The hat is sneaky but there are pictures going round of BC at the South Bank Awards (last night?) and there are definitely curls.
