This now completes all the transcripts for Sherlock up to the end of season 2. A full list of episode transcripts, DVD commentary summaries/transcripts and transcripts of the DVD special features can be found here.
Added bonus: A side-by-side comparison of the broadcast episode and the pilot episode. This sets out identical/similar scenes side-by-side and lines up each identical or similar line, plus shows where the two episodes were different.
