Our BBC Sherlock

Somebody on Tumblr recently urged writers to post older fic which was originally written on Livejournal and other sites, to AO3 where they could be more easily found. I only posted a small selection of my older fic to AO3 when I joined it, but I recently came across these three stories of mine and, despite the fact that they were written in late 2011 just before Season 2 aired, I got rather fond of them all over again. I’ve therefore tidied them up, tightened up some of the English, and have posted them on AO3 in case a few people might still be interested in Season 1 compliant stories.

Title: Courting is Over

Warnings, kinks and contents: Major character deaths - apparently, but all may not be as it seems; threat of violence with a knife; brief discussion of injury and mutilation. Also, in the old Season 1 tradition: my fandom warns for het! (but it’s not a major plot point)
Summary: Sarah Sawyer’s life was never the same after she met John Watson and his crazy flatmate. When the crazy flatmate’s brother came on the scene, life got really weird.

Title: Courting Unending

Warnings, kinks and contents: Sherlock/John first time; sex on the Eurostar (almost); [I don’t write graphic sex, so don’t get your hopes up!]
A sequel to Courting is Over, but can be read as a stand-alone (brief summary given at the start).
Summary: It was forty-one months since everyone who knew them had been told that Sherlock and John had been killed in an explosion at a disused factory. In fact the boys were very much alive and were running around the world trying to end Moriarty and his network. Would loneliness and pining for London bring John and Sherlock closer together?

And, separate from the above two, but linked because of a mad conversation between myself, Mirith Griffin, Anarion and Atlin Merrick back in 2011 which led to the creation of all three stories (more information about this in the Author’s Note, plus links to their own stories):
